Our on line shop uses a secure payment system provided by Paypal and accepts all major credit/debit cards. You will receive a confirmation of order email soon after you have placed your order. Payment is required before any order is despatched. We will let you know by email when a product has been despatched and the method of despatch (ie courier/Royal Mail etc). If an order has been delayed, we will contact you.

Postage & packing charges will be made according to weight and this is done automatically through the checkout process. Items marked * are subject to special delivery conditions. Please see item for details.

Poultry supplies are usually dispatched within 2 days (or if possible the same day) via courier 2-3 day service, or Royal Mail, and may require either a signature or details of where the item can be left.

Electric fencing units are covered by a two year manufacturers warranty.

Hatching Eggs

Fertility of hatching eggs cannot be guaranteed. All eggs are despatched Royal Mail first class post next day. All livestock must be collected. Due to DEFRA regulations, we are unable to accept returned livestock. We will make every effort to ensure the fertility of hatching eggs, however as hatching rates are beyond our control, we can make no guarantees. No eggs/livestock will be sent abroad, including Northern Ireland.

Returns

Under the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order and request a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. In this case the goods should be returned to us, in the original packaging requesting a refund in writing. You must obtain proof of postage or despatch when returning any goods. A refund of the cost of the goods, excluding carriage charges, will be sent to you within 30 days of the receipt of the goods. If you need to return goods to us for any reason more than 7 days after receipt, we will normally issue you a replacement or make the necessary repair.

If goods are damaged or faulty, we will replace the goods and reimburse you for any return postage or carriage. Again, you must obtain proof of postage or despatch.

Due to DEFRA regulations, we are unable to accept returned livestock.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
